        Buying a new car from Underwoods Skoda in Sudbury was considerably less stressful and more relaxed than any other car-buying experience I've ever had. Terry Cranfield was very relaxed, did not try and push me to buy finance or extras I did not want (he'd let me know about them once and let me say yes or no), and explained everything. The price was good to.

        Really friendly service, no pressure from the sales team and a great car as well. I bought a second-hand Skoda and the workshop did a brilliant job on the prep (I asked for some boot sill scuffs to be tidied up - all done really well).

        A good car purchasing experience all round, Simon Ryan was very friendly & helped us to find a vehicle that suited our needs. It was refreshing not to feel we were being pushed into buying, Simon also adhered to all the covid restrictions so that we felt safe during these unusual times. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Underwood's under the Skoda banner as we have in the past with our Vauxhall car
