Underwoods Motoring Sudbury - Vauxhall

Appalling customer service again.. Nearly 20 years ago i tried to buy a new car from sudbury vauxhall i found them ignorant, unhelpful and rude. However my partners vauxhall needed a service and mot her first since owning this vehicle so i thought i would try Underwoods as surely it couldn't be as bad now.. Well i was wrong several attempts i failed to reach the service department, twice i left my details with the receptionist for them to get back to me and obviously they haven't bothered.. I can only guess they don't need the work..

Would just like to thank Tom at the Clacton on sea branch for my parents for all hes help and advice on there new car they always go back to Tom when upgrading there cars as he is so helpful dont false you into buying a car and makes sure the sale all goes through and sorts everything out for you and we highly recommend underwoods car sales from the Jones family
