This gentleman provided an exceptional level of service to our family today, guiding us through the bereavement process, and personally assisting in raising a cheque for funeral expenses. It is so refreshing to see a branch manager sitting with customers and really making a difference at a difficult time. Absolutely outstanding, thank you.
