        My wife highly recommends this ladies-only gym. She received an excellent sports massage here after suffering for weeks with shoulder pain. The new owners have installed lots of new equipment, and are creating lots of new services and activities for their clients.

        It's very friendly and the toning tables are easy to use. Also because it's quite small you get one to one help and advice. It's not like other places where you feel intimidated and in competition with the rest of the users.
