        HSBC Sudbury is closing its doors for good on 23/5/23. Their instructions to customers are to use Sudbury PO for paying in and withdrawing cash from 23/5 onwards.

        Helpful staff, always polite though there app needs major work and the opening hours are terrible. You can do better than this

        Its very small and there is only one atm machine that is located inside. The machine was quite slow but eventually I got my money out. There are staff here as well serving customers through 2 windows, they seemed polite I didnt have to interact with them directly. Would definitely be good if they had more than one atm machine

        Shut on Saturdays? How is anyone with a job working office hours supposed to use a bank any more?! The staff have always been very helpful, what a shame for them that you appear to be trying to close all of your branches by making them impossible for a lot of people to use.
