I was in a lot of pain, from my long term back pain,(mainly due to 30 yrs nursing) which had got a lot worse after diagnosed with long covid. Luckily a friend recommended Steve and within just a few sessions I am pain free almost all of the time and if it does come back I just do some extra sessions of the given exercises, that I now do at least daily and Steve is there if I need more help. At the initial session Steve really listened to my problems, asked a lot of questions and really showed concern, kindness and understanding. The sessions are not always easy but Steve is very reasuring and gives lots of explanations. He has helped me greatly and I am very happy to recommend him wholeheartedly

I first made an appointment with Steve to treat an ongoing low back problem that had been causing me pain for sometime. He was able to treat the problem and the cause of it over a few sessions leaving me pain free. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives great advice about what exercises to do at home to stop the problem reoccurring. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
