Fantastic Customer Service by Raz, He has gone over the boilerplate rental T&Cs in a short time focusing on the key elements. He ensured that I have the right information I need for the duration of the rental, the whole process took around 10 minutes and I got an upgrade to a better car. Also when I dropped off the car the process was quick, the inspector viewed the car and did the inspection in a timely manner. Overall, really positive experience, quick and smooth!

All was good until 5 days after the car hire they charged me 390 for damage which was there at the start of the car hire. I have video on hire and photos close up and they said that insurance will cover. Definitely would not use. They will scam you. I have emailed them twice after and no reply. Even sent proof and no reply. Had a response where the finally refunded me the 390 so clearly the response below is automatic. - You are "confident that the damage was caused by me".... do not think so.

This company fraudulently takes your money. I had already paid for the removal of an insurance excess before picking the car up. When I got there I was told that they needed to take a 50 deposit and 500 holding fee, they only held 320 in the end as my credit card was maxed out. I didn't question this as I was emotional and tired from a 24 hour flight and on the way to see my mother who is terminally ill. I received an email after returning the car asking for feedback. I gave the guy who dealt with me a 5 star review as I thought I'd got a good service from them. I'm about to go legal with this company as I still have not received the 320 back as they took it as a sale to remove the excess.
