Isabella is the consummate professional, her attention to detail both in terms of listening and understanding my issues and then explaining in detail the likely underlying problems and taking me step by step through everything she would do and why. I visited Peninsula Osteopathy with pain in my arms and neck after working from home during lockdown. Isabella's treatment was highly effective and she gave good recommendations for exercises I could do at home to minimise future discomfort
