Commissioned to install a new loft ladder and hatch, insulate loft space to modern Building Regulations standard (270mm) and board out loft. A two day job which was completed on time. Careful dust management ensured that very little mess was created when cutting out the loft hatch! Work has been done to the expected high standard and all communications were timely. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is looking to engage a professional & friendly company who delivered exactly what we needed on time. A pleasure to host them.

We used Access4Lofts Leeds to install a fold down ladder for better access to the loft and also had a light fitted, new insulation & new boarding in the loft. We couldnt fault any of the work. They arrived exactly when they said they would and everything was complete to an excellent standard and the price was great. They even thoroughly cleaned up afterwards which was a bonus.
