Absolutely appalling service from Gemma/ Gemina. Emailed the dealer last week already, she only got back to me late last week promising a video of the vehicle as she was on " leave" - did not hand over the lead to anyone else to promptly deal with and 5 days later after I EMAILED her again today, she casually informs me that a deposit has been taken on the car, not apologizing or finding another solution as i had finance ready and approved. I must lose out on a vehicle because she had better things to do. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical in the least. Will be taking this matter further. Hope management deals with her promptly

Can not rate this company highly enough, everything they said they would do they did and nothing was too much trouble. Made the whole experience a pleasure and would recommend. Love the car.

Great dealership supplying well looked after cars - enquired on an Audi, traveled 250 miles to buy it with every question answered and nothing to raise any red flags. Car is faultless and above expectations. I will be dealing with these guys again no doubt

Got ripped off with a damaged unrecorded car from here. Be careful what youre purchasing from here. Sellers hid behind the hpi clear line but also signs that they tried to cover up that the car was previously damaged Was considering not leaving a bad review as they did fix some issues with the car I bought but it also came back to me with more issues. All this would be ok if they were a bit more honest and car priced more appropriately for its history, perhaps they are prone to getting ripped off too? Honestly pretty disappointed with my purchase from here and would advise buyers to throughly inspect any cars they are considering buying from here and not just doing basic checks and such as I am still discovering problems with the car I bought around 4 months ago.

Louis and his team are fantastic. Quick to get back to me and got everything done very promptly for a reasonable price. I saved money over the main dealer and got a much better service too - highly recommend
