10/10! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Finally a reliable, trustworthy garage that isnt out to rip you off and take advantage of your lack of knowledge. I used to go to another garage much closer to me that were always good and then a couple of years ago I had an MOT done and they wanted to charge me over 800. Id been recommended this garage by a friend and took my car the 45 minute drive from Medway to Phil at Oaks for a second opinion and am so pleased I did. Excellent customer service, very informative and took the time to explain my options and what was needed and what wasnt. The previous garage wanted me to change a couple of tyres and all 4 brake discs and pads but Phil showed me that the discs and tyres were well within the legal limits and had a couple of years left in them and only the brake pads and some welding needed doing immediately. I ended up saving over 600 by using these guys. Ive been using them ever since and every time theyve been excellent. Ive now recommended them to many friends and family who have all been equally impressed. I dont generally post online reviews (unless Im really annoyed) but these guys deserve to get credit for what theyre doing. If only other garages would take a leaf out of their book. (I can only think the few negative reviews here have indeed mixed up their garages as their service and prices are both truly excellent and I really dont think they would rip anybody off. They even suggested ways for me to save money albeit losing money themselves!)

booked in my sprinter van for a n mot couple month ago which i left at 9am and my mot was booked for 10am i returned back by 1 pm to find out that my van still stood where it was and to make matters worse mot not done and the van was left running for no reason when asked a member of staff no one seemed to care why its not done and no one would even let me now when it will be done, so no idea why they left it running for probably over an hour as checked my fuel level and engine was hot for no reason stay away bad customer service and zero reliability

I feel so annoyed that remarks put on here must be by staff working for them. Has the truth is that this bloody garage never answer phone. Never update you. Tell you what they think you need to hear.
