Shocking set me a new policy up took payment then said sorry you camt go with this Company its are fault but now you need to pay more money on a different policy and you have a cancellation against you I have been with them for 7 years Shocking don't ues them go elsewhere

They only care about themselves, When comes to claim and even third party admitted their fault they didn't act good enough (The case handler "STEVEN") Absolute rubbish service I ever received in my driving experience (20 Years) I took my car to the local garage and estimated but after I repaired my car, "STEVEN" was telling me third party insurer saying too much (waiting over two months) and not willing to payout for the work done by me. I would never recommended to anyone and nerver renewed with them again in the future.

Been with this company 5 years never had an issue. When Ive come to renew this time they have messed me around for 2 weeks nearly leaving me uninsured. Absolute liars! One minute Dans gonna call me back the next time we call an hour later hes apparently on holiday. Cant understand do they not want the business? So anyone reading this dont bother unless you like being messed around.
