We got several quotes for the new carpets we wanted and decided to go with Regency because of the great service and advice we received from Graham and Wes. They took their time to explain the various options available and their quote included various alternative options for us to consider.
We agreed a fitting schedule over several days so the carpets could be fitted as conveniently as possible
Gary and the team of fitters provided excellent service and removed the existing carpet and cleared up and disposed of all the waste. Because I managed to shift some of the furniture while they were in the house more rooms were done than anticipated and the fitting was finished a whole day ahead of schedule.
I would recommend this firm to anyone and the only painful part of the process was settling the bill with Kirsty. Lol
