I was left waiting on the phone for hours trying to contact Mercedes Assist UK. In the end the RAC technician gave a phone number for Mercedes Assist in Holland which answered the pone within a couple of rings so that I could arrange a replacement vehicle. This is terrible service for the UK. Lookers of Canterbury themselves had to wait upto 4 hours to get through. Once the car was in the dealership the breakdown was resolved quickly

Sean is very helpful and answered any questions. Also arranged for the car I was interested in to be bought to Canterbury for a test drive. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.

We purchased our Mercedes Benz E Class Cabriolet from Lookers in Canterbury having identifed the car from a national search of the Mercedes Benz web site. I left a message last thing on Tuesday evening with the contact number in Gatwick, expressed our interest and asked for further details and a video tour of the car as we are over a hundred miles away from Canterbury and could not test drive it. By 9am the following morning Sean Seemy had emailed me with a personalised video presentation of the car. We were satisfied that it was what we were looking for and after a telephone conversation with Sean we left a deposit and committed to purchase. Sean put the finance agreement paperwork in-place the same day. We concluded the deal the following day and picked the car up from Canterbury that Saturday - all done and dusted in five days. The car is in excellent condition and Sean has been a fountain of knowledge and pro-active throughout. Highly recommended.
