        Andy came in and delivered a variety of careers talks to students aged between 13 and 18. As a teacher at the school, students are often curious about starting a business and how it all works. Having the MD of a successful company such as HI-Way Services offering advice and sharing ideas was inspiring and thought provoking for these young people. To engage so many students is truly impressive and the genuine interest Andy has in making a difference and raising aspirations is something we hugely appreciate as a school. Andy has become our number one go to with careers talks and is always happy to give up his time to help children in the local community. He is a mentor and role model for the students and has already booked his next session in for the New Year which staff and students are looking forward to immensely.
