Sturry Surgery

I have used this practice for over20 years now and neve ever had any issues. The staff are friendly and they do their job which is to give info and allocate appointments. For those of you bitchin about how bad it is,maybe you went in there with a bad attitude in the first place. I hope all of you who have complained have moved on to another place.If not then you know what that makes you dont you............

Friendly and helpful receptionists, doctors generally decent, get the app for bookings or else risk being on hold for ages every morning if you need a same day appointment.

Staff very polite and helpful. Easy to access an actual face to face appointment. GP listened, and sorted out my query quickly and efficiently. In fact, the surgery is like all surgeries used to be. Very glad I changed.

I can't gain access even though I have spoken twice to girls on reception. No help. Dr has left message that I can't access. Keeps asking for pass code but dont recall anything about it itthat so
