I had DT Services do a driveway for me the other month. From start to finish they were professional and informative. The finished product is absolutely amazing and would recommended them unquestionably! Chris the digger driver need a special shout out as he is the best at what he does .

Our company used DT Services for a delivery of 10t topsoil last week. We paid in full in advance of delivery and the soil was dropped off as agreed (bad quality top soil but we didnt cause a fuss). For the last few days, our MD, our Site Manager and our Accounts department have been hounded by Christina at DT Services for payment of whole new invoice for a different amount. No matter how many times our Accounts department told her we have not ordered soil she continued to tell us we had, chase us for payment and was rude to our Site Manager. So, I called her this morning to inform her that she was incorrect and once again she was rude, gave no apology and zero customer service. I told her she has lost a client and she said fine. Really disappointing to receive this service and hoped we could have an ongoing relationship for our works in the Kent area. I would highly recommend using another company and for DT Services getting some Customer Service training for Christina, or they will continue to lose money.
