        Excellent as always. Offered the choice of of 3 different surgeries to get the dog looked at quickly. Problem sorted nicely, and a lot of other useful answers to questions at the same time.

        Had to find a vet whilst on holiday at Pimperne due to my dog being in a lot of pain following a trip to the beach. Swimmers tail was diagnosed and anti-inflammatories prescribed. I can't thank them enough for seeing us at such short notice. The whole process was so easy and Rufus was so well treated.

        Friendly, efficient and caring. Theres never a dull moment with a lively Springer Spaniel, and the staff from reception through to the nurses and vets have been brilliant.

        Not happy with the service at Sturminster Newton this afternoon! I came in just to pick up some wormer for my new puppy, (as was never told that I had to pre order the scripts for this) The lady behind the counter basically told me off saying that this is not how it's done. I appreciate that it's covid times and you are busy and these are the rules, but like I said I have a new dog, and have never been told that this is what I had to do! I have never spoken to any of my patients like this!!! And this is a service that I am paying for!!!
