I have always found the staff at this practice, both medical and admin, to be very helpful, kind and efficient. Ive had several issues over the last couple of years and cant fault the way they have been dealt with. Thanks from me to all concerned

Appalling, not that they care! Why are you a Doctor if you have 0 intentions of helping people. They removed me from the list, I have not asked to be removed. I called and said they cant find me on the system. Hate this place. The community deserves better. Disgusting behaviour.

Still unable to see a Doctor. Absolutely no point in having such a fine building, when the practice management don't have the acumen to be able to use it efficiently for the patients.

I wish I could give 0 stars, 1 is far more then deserved! I have contacted them on 3 different occasion to have my prescription renewed since I joined this practice a year ago and still have not received my medication. However, I draw the line when I am not able to get even a call back within a week regarding my 22 month daughter who has been unwell. As a nurse I was aware of the medication she needed which ordinarily needs a prescription because of her age, a simple task, I had to get a private prescriber instead! Still no communication from the surgery.

I was impressed by the cheerful and personable manner of all staff. There was no waiting, the appointment happened promptly and everything was well and clearly explained to me.
