Wish the owner would give this shop a damn good clean and tidy. Saw the in-house residents as we walked past this week.

I went in to ask for some advice about aquariums and the woman in the shop was very rude, very disappointing as I was trying to keep the trade in my own town!

Very rude owner! Stay well away from this shop! Only went in for advice and to buy some cat things. Got shouted at.

Owner was rude, aggressive and insulting and shouted at my 7 year old making him cry. My son had not been in a pet shop before and commented on the smell, I explained this was a normal pet shop smell. On purchasing a dog toy the owner proceeded to shout aggressively at my son. I calmly explained that he had never been in a pet shop before not to mention he was only 7. I did not get to finish my sentence however as she screamed all over the top of me and got extremely personal with her many insults. She then proceeded to march towards us waving her hands around. I also had my 5 year old daughter with me. It was very amusing that she told us we were rude and that we had insulted her shop after her appalling behaviour! Not a very nice person at all unfortunately.
