We have just had to sale my mother in law's house, to pay her nursing home costs. I contacted a few local estate agents and was very impressed with one in particular. And that was Roy Barrett, or should I say Bev and Brandon. They couldn't have done any more than they did, absolutely brilliant right from the start. We were always kept up to date with every step of the process. It was our first ever experience with selling a property, made so easy and smooth by them. And when we sell our house we will definitely be phoning Bev again. Thank you both for everything .

Bev and her team couldn't have been more wonderful. Even though they were acting for the sellers and we were the purchasers they, and in particular Bev, helped us at every stage. We relocated 250miles so it was quite a tricky process but Bev was always available to talk over the phone or via email to check on things or give us an update. I would strongly recommend using Bev and her team in the future.

My brother and I have just completed a sale using Roy Barrett of Sturminster Newton. As neither of us live locally it was important for us to have full confidence in our Agents. Bev did not disappoint - from finding a suitable buyer (within 12 hours), to timely responses to our emails and calls, not forgetting the various extra-curricular activities such as getting meter readings, removing unsolicited mail etc. She was also fabulous at chasing our solicitor, ensuring no ends were left loose. When Bev was not around Brandon provided the same fabulous service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roy Barrett Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
