        This is my first purchase from Harts of Stur and was very impressed. Every item was individually wrapped and the box was filled with packing so nothing could move in transit. I will certainly purchase again when they have the item I need in stock. Congratulation to the back room employees who take the time to make sure everything arrives in one piece.

        I managed to break the lid of my wife's favourite teapot on Monday evening - ordered two replacements on Tuesday morning - delivered by Wednesday lunchtime. Well packed with both the product & delivery charge being competitively priced. Thanks - I am now forgiven !!
