        The staff are quite unprofessional. They are very dizzy in their approach, lack basic customer service skills and seem to aaay with thr fairies. Poor communication and listening skills.

        The lady at the lottery kiosk this morning was very rude I handed her two lottery tickets that were lucky dip winning ones that had been folded in my wallet and wanted to purchase some more tickets to be told they won't scan so I said use the barcode at the bottom and it will work(which it did) she then shouted at a lady on the self service Isle and threw a basket right where I was stood in front of my two boys who were amazed at her attitude maybe she should take a job that is not customer facing as this must be costing you money and customers
