Shopfitting Warehouse

I bought a clothing rail for my shop. Tom went above and beyond to meet my needs, I specified that I needed this rail before Christmas ( even during the strikes! ) Tom ensured I received it on time. I am not sure if Tom is the owner or an employee, however he is a credit to the company.

Fantastic, efficient and prompt service I ordered a clothes rail and made a mistake putting a couple of items together Emailed SFW, got a prompt reply and replacement pieces were despatched the next morning by 11am Amazing service! Best of all they didn't even charge me for the replacement pieces although I had offered to pay Will definitely be recommending them

Been using SFW for a while now, placed 4 orders and fully fitted out both of my stores with their amazing range of retail shelving. Natalie in sales' customer service really goes above and beyond what you'd expect in order to ensure you have the right quantities and products. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible customer service, I wanted to return an item and they are refusing to take it back because the cardboard box isnt the original one (everything else is still in its packaging). Ive never known anything so silly and when I asked them what they can do to help they shut me down and said they arent going to do anything. Rude and unhelpful, Ive ever known anything like it. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Very impressed with their rails and service. Rails arrived promptly and very well packaged. Excellent quality and very well made. Significantly better quality than Amazon basic, much better designed and much stronger. Shopfitting Warehouse do a great job.
