Bailie Cross Garage

This garage was my salvation! To cut a long story short, they recovered my ailing car from my home in Fordingbridge and subsequent repairs were carried out swiftly and to an exceptional standard. My car now purrs like a kitten! I would recommend this garage to anyone and will be heading there in future for all things mechanical. What an awesome team. On the way from Cornwall to Portsmouth to catch a ferry our car began to have issues. I saw the sign for Bailie Cross Garage and pulled in to see if they would have a look. It was 4pm and our ferry left at 10pm. The lovely Gary and his team diagnosed the problem and bent over backwards to get the part to fix it for us and get us on our way. Can't thank them enough. Absolute stars. Thanks again for saving the day. Not all hero's wear capes.

Failed my car on an mot because of misted headlight aparantly and a bonnet release catch broken, which I had mole grips on it so it could still be opened or operated if needed, aparantly this was dangerous! So I took the car to another mot centre (David Smith motors) and it passed the mot straight away no messing about I would never go back to this garage again! Seems like they just failed it so they could try and get more money out of me for another job to be done that didn't even need to be done in the first place Just trying to give people the heads up, don't get ripped off by these cowboys Service: Vehicle Inspection

Wonderful service! The guys at Bailie Cross are fantastic! I dashed in unexpectedly on a Friday afternoon concerned about my car before heading to the motorway. They diagnosed the problem straight away - ceased brake calliper. They tried several different suppliers before explaining that the parts would not be available until the next day. They lent me their phone to call our recovery service, they lent us a courtesy car to visit the cafe while we waited, they charged up my phone and refused any money. Highly recommended, kind, thoughtful staff, nothing too much bother! Brilliant! Service: Brakes
