When I phoned him up, he asked me to describe the problem (dishwasher not working) and when I had done so, he suggested a simple solution which may solve the problem without the delay and expense of an engineers visit. I tried what he suggested and successfully got the machine working again.
He even phoned me the next day to check if his suggestion had worked.
Steve was brilliant and extremely patient, I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any repair of kitchen appliances.
