Pool Medical Centre

Incredibly difficult to get an appointment. Only"Urgent" appointments are available, or otherwise wait 3 weeks for a phone appointment while dealing with significant symptoms (which aren't deemed "urgent") I asked for simple blood test. Even getting contraceptive pills is such a fuss.

Receptionists are a breath of fresh air to the reception. Really helpfull..kind and passionate about the job. Which is so good ..doctors are fab aswell keep up the great work everyone..always gratefull

I had such a bad experience with my previous surgery that I researched a new one thoroughly. I chose Pool Surgery. When I called to have an informal chat the receptionist was a breath of fresh air. As she was when I went into the surgery. Everyone was so friendly and that for me sealed the deal. I do have medical issues and I need to be able to trust the medical people from receptionists to doctors and not be patronised like I was at my previous surgery. Thankyou Pool Surgery for making me feel welcomed and I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone.

I changed my GP to pool medical centre recently. The best dision I have made , it is a pleasure to visit this practice, reception staff are lovely very friendly, the nurse that I saw was delightful made me feel completely at ease ,the health care assistant was also very friendly , I would certainly recommend this practice, not yet met the GPS, but am reasured by family members that they are very professional and do a wonderful job , Thankyou all at pool medical studley x
