We have used Lamberts as the managing agent for our letting properties in Redditch for 20 yrs. They have always been superb in the selection and installation of tenants for us, but also in suggesting trades people to help with upgrades and repairs. They offer advice and guidance when needed, and I am pleased to say that because of their friendly but thorough approach, we have never had any issues with any part of the process, tenants or other areas of management. The team today are a great team with good knowledge of the market and are well appreciated by tenants and landlords alike.

Louise and her team at Lamberts lettings managed the rental of my house for nine years. During that time they have always been extremely professional, given excellent advice and have been dedicated to providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.
