Amazing experience the stylist was so professional and friendly. She was good with both the boys and made them feel at ease. I can't remember the ladies name but it was in the Kidderminster branch but I know she also works in the Rubery branch too.

Turned up for appointment at 17.45 to find the salon closed. Had my confirmation email yesterday and had the appointment booked for over 4 weeks, since our last appointment making sure his hair was cut ready for his 3rd birthday next week. I've rang, no answer. Messaged on facebook to find the messages being deleted. Obviously so others do not see that she closes when apps are booked Not professional at all. Just a text to cancel would have been enough. If theres a sudden change to plans, as I understand that happens. Update... They reply to reviews left but that's it. Facebook messages on their page they replied to on the evening and asked several times to private message them, 2 days later still no reply to our message but all conversations off their Facebook page or posts I make get deleted!?
