They put in a lovely eco pond, to replace a old pond that had failed, its a vast improvement. They where remarkably quick/tidy and confident.

If you are considering a pond, big or small, look no further than Brit ponds. Outstanding work, experts in the field and they know exactly what theyre doing and they give you the best version of your dream pond. I contacted Brit Ponds after following them for a year, and I didnt think they would respond as my existing pond was in a right state and access to the garden was a huge issue. But Daniel from Brit Ponds responded very quickly, asked for all the info and pictures, took on the challenge, gave me couple of options and prices to sort it out and turned up bright and early on the date promised and regardless of the weather. There was no drama. Daniel quickly identified the issues, gave thorough and brutal but honest advice and unfortunately the only solution was to redo it all. Sarah, the heart of Brit Ponds, brilliantly manages everything from timely paperwork through to regular updates and I know exactly what will be happening each day and well in advance. I knew I was in safe hands. Daniel carefully considered what I wanted, the materials and colours I wanted to use and the design I had in mind and he built me my mini Niagara falls. Something that every other pond builder said was impossible- Daniel and his colleague Andreas made it happen. They took on board what I really wanted, down to how I wanted my waterfall to sound when I wanted out and worked relentlessly until they created a masterpiece. The water is crystal clear, no foaming, no protein, my Koi are happy and the waterfall is just stunning. They looked after my home, was ever so considerate, carried heavy rocks up and down stairs and through the house and into the garden with so much care. They were such a delight to have around and have truly become family. I had to travel for work and I just left them with keys to my home and came back to my dream pond. THANK YOU so much Brit ponds for the stunning pond and all the hard work- I really appreciate it.

Amazing company; amazing service and incredible result! I contacted Brit for a new liner, but after assessing my tired pond, we agreed installation of a full eco-system. All I can say is that the photos speak for themselves. Firstly Daniel and his team were amazing - working so hard in blazing heat to get the water feature finished. They work tirelessly designing and executing an amazing garden water feature Which everyone comment on! It really has transformed our old pond into an incredible and relaxing after feature with the sound of running water as you have your morning coffee! I cannot recommend Brit Ponds more highly for their workmanship, responsiveness and quality of work. The best thing of=f all, is that on those hot days, my children can actually go into the water so it is like having a beautiful permanent mini pool - only all natural and sustains garden life around us. What more can you ask for? Don't hesitate if you are considering a water feature, there is no one else I would use but Brit Ponds! See before and after photos to illustrate the recommendation!

I first contacted Daniel, at Brit Ponds in 2021 for him to replace my aging pond filter system with a new small wet-land eco-system pond. I was amazed at the effect that this had on the wild-life in the garden. Birds, loved the feature. and we even had visits from the magical Dragonfly. Dnaiel did such good, professional work, to the predicted timescales, that I had no hesitation, to again contact him regarding my main pond. I was not disappointed! Two waterfalls, a stream, and a hand-crafted bubbling rock, all to allow such a natural view. Not a single formal wal or piece of pond liner in sight! It is such a cool tallking point, and is the envy of my friends and neighbours! Many thanks to Dan and the Team. I would have no hesitation to recommend their fantastic work!
