Equitex UK - The Saddle Pad Company

Difficult one to review. The fit of the saddle pad is very nice, and I love the foam cushioning which doesnt alter the fit of my saddles. However, and its a big however, the binding rubbed my horse to the point it would become raw if I continued to use it. The rub wasnt where the girth goes or where my leg sits. The binding is rough and thick and needs changing to make it worth 230. In addition to this the customer service I received relating to the problem was poor, and I even received some criticism from the owner when I shared my problems with other customers which wasnt very pleasant. Overall, if you have a tough cob then itll probably be fine, but if you have a TB I definitely wouldnt take the risk.

Very high quality saddle pads, my saddle fitter even commented that my saddle fits better with it on, just need to save for one for my dressage saddle

Saddle pad used once as agreed, not suitable so returned as agreed with Amanda prior to purchase. Tracked return used and text Amanda to confirm receipt. She confirmed and said would refund asap. 9 days later, numerous texts and emails with no satisfactory response and still no refund. Awful, dismissive customer service. What is the point agreeing to a refund, or even having a refund and returns policy if you are going to treat customers this way and not honour it??
