I needed to talk to someone about getting some sports massages in the build up to the London Marathon 2023 I contacted Anna via email and got a response very quickly Booked a session and before any treatment Anna and I discussed what my needs were as I had never had a sports massage before Anna was excellent at explaining everything and we went ahead with my first session I was so happy with the massage, and albeit is was tough, the next day my legs felt so good Anna also prescribed some exercises to do to compliment the massage which I found to be tough but so worthwhile So 3 massages later, London Marathon completed and back for a post marathon session Again my legs felt great after Really want to thank Anna for her professional attitude and for helping my legs throughout my training If you need a sports massage or are just thinking will it be good for me, dont hesitate and call Anna straight away Very satisfied customer

I joined Back on Track early December 2022, at the time I was experiencing hip pain which I put down to years of running. After two strength training sessions with Back on Track and online guidance with exercises using resistance bands I have been pain free for 5 months. The weekly strength training sessions have immensely improved my posture and core strength. A very encouraging positive group.

I have been training with Back on Track through small group personal training for a couple of years now. I really enjoy the light-hearted and encouraging atmosphere that is coupled with a professional approach with regards to the safe use of equipment and guidance as to how to get the best out of each exercise. The sessions are well planned out and target various muscle groups. We are never pushed beyond our ability but are given encouragement to progress. I always come out of sessions feeling better than I went in! I would definitely recommend Back on Track for helping people to get fitter and stronger !

I contacted BackOnTrack a few months before Christmas. I was feeling flat, un-motivated and after the lockdowns had piled on weight. Due to this I was not confident to go back to the gym. Anna put a plan together which kept me motivated and on-track with my fitness goals. Highly recommend

after receiving an injury just after Christmas on the lower part of my back, I contacted back on track and they came straight back to me with an appointment. I visited the clinic and they assessed me and give me lots of different exercises/movements to do until my next appointment. Which was on a fantastic app. After a few visits to this company I was feeling much better and was able to touch my toes yet again. Thank you so much for all the assistance and the advice you give me at our sessions.
