        Useless staff Useless shop. Went there to see if they had over the counter tablets I was looking for in stock but didn't. Any normal business restocks a product that runs out but this shop doesn't even understand this concept. Tried to charge me now for it to come next day but it's a non prescription med anyways so told them to restock it but no it's just completely oblivious to them. With their track record of not getting things ready/delivered in time I knew there was no point ordering and even if I wanted to order online would never come to the shop in the first place and this seems to have gone through their heads.

        Very slow 3 customers in front of me had problems with their prescriptions not being ready. I think it's Boots policy to keep you waiting to spend more in there shop
