        As a customer I expressed a problem with the service I'd had, but I've always said we are all human and things can go wrong. It's how they are corrected and dealt with that make a good customer service. Stubbington Opticians went out of their way to correct the problem successfully. And that's what I call first class customer service. As a small business they deserve our continued custom.

        The Hearing Centre is marvellous. The reception staff is great. The audiologist is very thorough and very helpful. The service is outstanding.
