I have been training here since 2006, and now help with the teaching of both children and adults. I very friendly club, and two of my children have attended. Always something new to learn or improve on what you already know. All learning is done at your own pace, there is no pressure to get to the next belt, philosophy is "rather be an exceptional brown belt, than a questionable black belt", you will not get your black belt in two years! We cover all aspects of the art - groundwork, weapons (sticks, knives, swords etc.), striking (kempo) and throwing. Excellent self defence, good way to keep fit, and most of all a good way to have a laugh.
