I needed a cat flap fitted in a panelled upvc door. Mark came out to look at the door and gave me quote and then fitted it the following week. Mark is very courteous and professional and did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Sady, a locking mechanism on our bathroom UPVC window failed and needed fixing. Mark came over to see what was needed without a callout fee. He checked if the job was possible, which it was, measured up and ordered the parts. On an agreed day, Mark then came over and replaced the mechanism so that the window now works properely. Such a great professional job at a great price.

Mark, the Locksmith, was thoroughly courteous, friendly and able to diagnose the problem straight away - French door required a new Locking Mechanism - provided me with a quote the same day which was very reasonably priced also he did not charge for call out fee. Work was carried out a few days later and, in the meantime, he provided me with the loan of a temporary locking device which as I could not lock the door provided me with security and peace of mind. The job was undertaken in a professional manner. Highly recommended Locksmith.
