DO NOT BOTHER !! Completely messed around by James after repeated let downs and excuses. Wasted my time even though I gave him 3 chances to quote and then let me down on the day the work was due to be carried out. Unresponsive to calls & sms texts and gave the following excuses: My father died yesterday (this was of course an extremely valid reason and I expressed my sincere sympathies and support and he asked if he could contact me a week later). Next reason, sorry it's been my birthday 'week' (how you can run a business taking a whole week off for a birthday). Next reason, sorry I had phone problems and have now managed to use another phone. Then turned up to survey & quote approx 3 weeks since originally calling for survey. I expressed my condolences for the loss of his father a couple of weeks previously (to which he replied 'thats OK, we weren't close'). Gave me a price during the survey and said he would confirm and come back with a date. Next, I had to chase him up again and he came back with a different figure and said he would do the job on 3rd Sept. I tried to contact him the day before asking him what time we could expect his guys but no answer to his number and did not reply to my text. Then they didn't turn up the following day. I sent a text to say I had had enough and his company had just been a complete waste of my time even though I had wanted to stick with him and be supportive due to his recent loss but had a hardening impression after so many let downs. Appalling professionalism, responsiveness and time waster.
