        Vetted on the phone by a non qualified call handler. Then denied a doctor appointment. Then ended up in qa hospital due to this incompetence. Not good service at all

        In comparison to other surgeries around in which you cant get an appointment for weeks maybe months on end this medical practice in my opinion is very good and it could be a lot worse. Grateful to receive a response within a few days by E-consult considering how busy they are and if its more urgent I feel that the waiting times on the phone are understandable yet they always get a response to you within a timely manner. Nearly always friendly and helpful staff behind the desk. I dont feel that this practice gets enough recognition or appreciation in these times.

        Cannot praise this surgery enough, I completed an econsult after the Christmas and New Year holidays not expecting a quick response. A prescription was sent the same day to the pharmacy for me to collect. Fantastic service well done to all those who give us a great service
