Expensive to park and on a cold day nowhere to sit inside , cakes etc were expensive but ok considering the location

Queued outside for around 10 minutes. However, I noticed food inside and had no queue, so I went in and purchased a toastie and cake as well as a coffee. Whilst I was inside, a member of staff was clearly rather unhappy, ranting about how they needed to get milk, but she wasn't sure if she should pop to a local shop or Eastney for a pint or two. Also that she had previously done so out of her own pocket and not been reimbursed....all the while the others were trying to serve clients as best they could. But many of us could hear the rant, which was a bit cringe worthy. Admittedly the food was very nice. Still no wind breaker though as suggested by another review

I queued for such a long time today that by the time I was served my daughter had grown, married and had 2 teenage kids. Come on guys, on a busy Sunday put more staff in and not slow teenager staff.
