My Husband went to the pizza counter this evening to ask for one to made up for our daughter and he was rudely snapped at by a woman who said it would be an over half an hour wait as she had not had her break yet!! And said theres ones made up here not what she wanted as THATS THE REASON FOR MAKING ONE UP FRESH! She was also NOT busy at all and stood talking to another woman! EDIT * 5/4 - today we bought a pizza!! Its not fresh the base is black with MOULD! I have emailed this complaint with a photo! Disgusting

The customer toilets are a disgrace. That includes the disabled ones upstairs near the cafe. Faulty filling valves, means ages to fill. So people don't bother. The main toilets, reek and today, one was blocked. No hand-wash facilities. Considering the numbers it is appealing.

Hope newgate lane asda read this, I've been going to asda after work often for the last few years and always been greeted by friendly staff , but last night there was a very rude whoman at the self check outs judging what I was buying. This was last night 13th of April around 22:20. All in all this experience has left me feeling very angry, she either needs training on how to speak to customers or sacking. If I'm told I'm "physically old enough to buy alcohol but not mentally old enough" or anything even close again I will loose it. Disgusting and degrading words by an asda employee.
