        We had a problem with our caravan fridge and our usual engineer was too busy to sort it. Hats off to Mr Caravan who sourced the part and fitted it today in time for our next outing. Lots of useful advice given for free too

        Disappointing service, had spoken with the gent regards a gas test on our campervan he said yes call to arrange a date. I did and he then said he wouldn't do it as he didn't install the gas. Bit confused as surely many people having gas tests on campervans or motorhomes aren't the original installers. The poor communication has now resulted in us now not getting our gas tested and we are going away in a few days, I now can't get anyone to test it as I should of booked!! Upset as this was our first holiday with the kids where we may potentially not be able to cook. Thanks!!
