        Really slow to process orders. Ordered on Sunday, not processed until Wednesday. Used Apple Pay to checkout but there were no further options on shipping method when paying this way. Turns out its being sent on a delivery that is up to 7 days. Honestly guys its 2022 but you operate like its 1990.

        Ordered a few products now and all seem great quality so far. Very thorough online instructions. Prices seem reasonable when you compare to buying (inferior quality!) store kefir etc. Looking forward to purchasing more!

        I ordered kefir grains. They arrived on time but were not fresh. I used them for about 250ml of milk to make kefir but the fermentation did not happen and I ended up throwing away everything. I have a lot of experience in making kefir so I know that the grains were not suitable.
