Having to choose everything for a new en-suite during lockdown, the task was made so much easier with the untiring efforts of Karen at the Fareham Branch. Excellent customer service throughout where she showed a genuine interest in trying to help me get it right! Friendly, interested and very easy to deal with. Delighted with the products I finally chose which in turn I owe to her measuring every little angle to fit into a very tight space and the numerous photos she emailed to me as the showroom was closed to the pubic at this time. 5 stars from me and a big Thank You.
