Where do I start...? Was going to buy from B&Q and saw that these were more local so thought I would support a local business. They were the same price so nothing to gain (actually B & Q are cheaper at 390.40p for a 5 pack and 2 singles , compared to Discount Landscape at 391.24) Ordered online and didn't hear anything. When I called back, they apologised but forgot to ring me.....I was then told that they weren't in stock even though they were on the website. One VERY long story short I have had 9 phone calls and over a few weeks wait. Although I was on holiday and had told them that, they called me a three weeks after ordering to ask if I wanted them delivered despite already agreeing to have them delivered first thing on 30th. They promised me I'd get them first thing and when I called at 11am the person answering the phone could not find my order. I was called back again to say they were on their way and when they arrived they were stacked on the top of bulk hardcore on a grab lorry.....The staff are friendly enough however I have only written this review as I'd asked for the owner to ring me so I could discuss this matter and having read their reply I feel that the truth hurts and others should know that a simple change to the website could prevent this car crash of an experience.

Picked up some concrete gravel boards today that were half the price of everywhere else. Same for fence posts. Nice friendly, helpful people and Ill certainly be going back when I need some more fence panels.
