        GREAT MICROSOFT EXPERTISE AND REALLY GOOD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH!.....I would have no qualms in thoroughly recommenndinng CTECH to any small to medium sized business, like my own wanting to set up their infrastructure properly.

However, John, Andy and their team have come to our company's rescue many a time to keep us up and running. Yes, we have had teething problems, however I measure a company on how they put things right and I have every confidence in CTECH solving issues quickly and efficiently providing excellent service, products and support.         Caused our business nothing but interruption. Still waiting for a wireless handset after 6 weeks. Can't dial out from 2 out of 3 handsets. They won't turn up to resolve the issues. Will update as we progress.
