I cannot recommend enough! I am so thankful for all of the information, physical preparation and for introducing me to my tribe! Beth is so welcoming and open to support at any opportunity. Her passion for empowering positive birth and preparing for postpartum is unavoidable! She helped me and my partner understand what to expect and how to support one another effectively (my partner also felt very welcome and heard). Thank you so much, I absolutely attribute my amazing experience through pregnancy, birth and now with my little boy to your support in the workshops and yoga sessions (and beyond )

To fit with work patterns, we needed a course available at weekend, and Beth's anti-natal course was the only one nearby to offer this but I cannot thank Beth enough. My partner and I felt so well informed going into birth and to know the support and community that Beth creates postnatally is really comforting to have
