EcoHaus Internorm - South West

After several failed and frustrating attempts to obtain quotes from other window companies I found an old advert for ecoHaus and called them. A very helpful Nick provided me with an estimate within a week. I was delighted to finally make some progress towards replacing my 21 windows and four doors, all of which were falling apart. Various other, very professional, members of staff assisted me on my journey. However, the icing on the cake was the installation team. Pedro, Eduardo and Nick could not have worked harder. January's cold wind and rain never slowed them down, and everything was finished to the highest of standards. Thank you so much.

Expensive, but high spec and good-looking windows. Until an air leak develops 18 months later and it takes nearly 3 months - from December to March - to get someone out to fix it. There's a warranty but no service level associated with it and apparently I have to wait until they decide to send someone.

Ecohaus have been supplying windows and doors for my architectural projects for several years now and I have found them to be the best in the south of England, and I am always impressed by the quality of Internorm products.

I confess, I am a grumpy curmudgeon, I hate it when people/companies promise things and do not deliver, however, I am always surprised, delighted and give credit when not only do I get what was promised, but I get excellent service while the thing was being done. This is the case with Eco Haus. I self-built my home and used their Internorm windows and doors throughout, not only was I delighted with the product but also the service and attention to detail. That was 5 years ago! Recently we had a problem with the back door because a seal was loose. Aimee made all the arrangements and communicated efficiently with us over times etc and Stuart, the engineer came out when promised, he was very polite, listened to the explanation of the problem, fixed it quickly and even adjusted the door slightly to account for settlement, wear etc since installation. All perfect again. Excellent!

We chose Ecohaus to fit Internorm windows during the refurbishment of our 1970s built property back in 2018. The cost was a major part of our budget but we have been delighted with the investment. Externally the windows are grey aluminium and internally a beautiful pale spruce which gives our home the Scandi feel we love. In view of recent fuel price hikes we are enjoying more than ever the benefit of triple glazed doors and windows. Recently we contacted Ecohaus regarding the controllers for the internal blinds. Aimee, in the office, was extremely helpful as were Pedro and his colleague who visited to resolve the issue.
