        Nathan came to give me a quote for gutter clearing and roof moss removal. The price was reasonable and I booked 6 weeks in advance for 2 days work. I booked the time off work so I could be home. The week before, he cancelled, said he was "going away now". He asked if he could come a week later, but I could not get more time off work. When I asked if someone else could fill in or whether he could provide other dates in the future, he completely 'ghosted' me. So unprofessional and really annoying as I could have used my annual leave to "go away" also! Plus I wasted 6 weeks waiting for the damn work to take place, when I could have found someone else. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the quote was reasonable.
