Awful. For a communications company you cant communicate with them! Pathetic! Shop is pictured closed, cant call Stroud to ask if theyre open instead get a call centre that you cant speak with and instead get a chat bot that cant help. Pathetic. The public sector are slicker than you guys come on, wake up - be available for the customers paying thousands of pounds. Just be available, with a helpful person and youll keep your business. Automate poorly and youll alienate your customers like me. If I cant get to speak to a person to ask if youre shop is open for advice, why on earth would I stay my details are stored on your chat bot in the hope a person with customer care skills calls me today wait and see.
