Had Russell come to our house on 20th February 2017 to give us structural advice on removing a beam from our kitchen. He spent about an hour here, then left saying he would get back to us with his report and findings after he had done his calculations, said it would probably be after the weekend. after several emails to him to ask if he had had any luck with the calculations, he got back to me on the 10th March saying "I will get it completed over the weekend. Apologies for not getting anything back to you before."
I then sent another email a month later in April when I had not heard anything back, and another email in May asking what was happening, and still have heard nothing back from him or the company, I have now given up and will go to somebody else for advice as it is clear they are not doing anything, not even replying any more!
